our commitment

aura has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). we prohibit any content, behavior, or use of our platform that sexualizes, exploits, endangers, or harms minors. this includes child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sextortion, trafficking, and any sexualization of minors, whether real or fictional.

how we enforce this

• automated content moderation: all publicly visible text and images are screened by automated moderation systems before they appear, with strict rules against any content involving the sexualization of minors.
• in-app reporting: every post and user can be reported in the app. reports are reviewed, and violating content and accounts are removed.
• account removal: any account involved in CSAE is permanently banned.
• law enforcement cooperation: we report apparent CSAM to the national center for missing & exploited children (NCMEC) and cooperate with law enforcement as required by law.

how to report

if you encounter content on aura that you believe violates these standards, report it in the app (long-press any post → report), or contact us directly at 1staura@aura-judge.com. child-safety reports are prioritized above all other reports.

if you believe a child is in immediate danger, contact local law enforcement. you can also report to NCMEC at report.cybertip.org.
