By creating an account or using the Aura mobile application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You must be at least 17 years of age to use Aura. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. We reserve the right to terminate accounts of users we reasonably believe to be under 17.

You retain ownership of content you submit. By posting content, you grant Aura a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and create derivative works (such as share cards) from your content as necessary to operate the App.
You are solely responsible for the content you submit. Aura does not endorse user content and is not responsible for content created by users.
Aura uses artificial intelligence to generate playful verdicts and aura point scores in response to user-submitted content. These verdicts are intended for entertainment purposes only. They do not constitute:
Take AI verdicts the way you would take a joke from a friend: with a sense of humor.
We reserve the right to remove content, suspend accounts, or terminate access at our discretion for violations of these Terms or for any other reason. Photo uploads are automatically scanned by AI for prohibited content; rejected photos are not stored.
You may delete your account and all associated data at any time via Settings → Delete Account. We may terminate or suspend accounts that violate these Terms, with or without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aura and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or related to your use of the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aura, its operators, and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of the App, your content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Tennessee.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the App or via email. Continued use of Aura after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
